Lawton and her team (she serves with CEO Bre Pettis) are at the helm of a technology revolution with MakerBot. She asserts that 3D printing is not about hardware devices at all. In actuality it is about an ecosystem of innovation, she says, opening the window to possibilities that have never been thought of before.
